Originally from south of France, Yannick is now settling in Tamarindo. Passionate, he is looking forward to making you discover his love for cooking different type of dishes of your choice.

"Chef Yannick prepared a fantastic meal for us on our first night at Casa Islita in Tamarindo. He came highly recommended by the villa concierge, and he certainly lived up to it. After a long day of travel, we were greeted by Yannick with homemade tortillas, guacamole, fresh salsa, and incredible ceviche that we devoured instantly. For dinner, he prepared a ‘Taste of Costa Rica’ meal for our group of nine. The food was exceptional!
